To plan, execute, coordinate and monitor:

  • matters pertaining to personnel (reorganisation/ restructuring/ consolidation/ scheme review/ allowance review
  • matters pertaining to promotion
  • matters pertaining to services, recruitment and placement
  • trainings/ courses/ HLP Programme
  • Public Service Examination and competency assessment
  • matters pertaining to counseling and psychology
  • implementation of Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)
